When contacting us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you may share your name, phone number, email address, enquiry and any additional details you choose. There is no legal obligation to provide this information; it is voluntary and based on your consent. Without contact details or information needed to handle the enquiry, we may be unable to respond or assist. Hosting providers may process technical data, including IP addresses, browser and device details and server requests, for operation and security.
How the contact form works
The form prepares a draft in your email application. Entered details are not stored in a website database or sent to the studio automatically. A message is sent only when you send it through your email service, subject to that service’s terms and privacy policy.
Purposes of use
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide service information, arrange meetings, discuss architecture, planning and design services, and manage client and prospective client relationships. Technical information may be used to operate and secure the website. Information may be retained to meet applicable legal requirements. Enquiry details are not used for newsletters or marketing mail without separate consent.

We do not sell or rent the personal information shared with us. Technology providers supporting hosting, security and correspondence may process information for those purposes. Your chosen email or WhatsApp service also processes communications sent through it. The new website is not hosted on Wix. Hosting and communication providers may process data on servers in Israel or abroad, depending on the service used. No computer system or internet transmission is completely secure, and absolute protection against unauthorized access or disclosure cannot be guaranteed.

This version of the website code does not include Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. Form details are not saved in cookies or browser local storage. The hosting provider may use its own technical mechanisms for operation, security and access control. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. This policy and relevant arrangements will be updated before measurement or advertising tools are added.

Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram take you to services we do not operate. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, over which we have no control.

Other deletion requests will be considered according to the law and the reasons for retaining the information; this is not an unconditional right to erase all information.
