One integrated vision.

ISB Architecture brings architecture and structural engineering together under one roof. Founded by Sheina and Ido Barzilay, the studio is built on the belief that good design connects an architectural idea with engineering insight and practical execution.

Sheina Barzilay, a Bezalel architecture graduate (B.Arch, 2019), has experience in design, permitting and project development at leading architectural practices in Israel. Ido Barzilay, a structural engineer, provides engineering expertise as an integral part of the design process.

Working together allows us to consider each project from the outset as a whole — architecturally, structurally and economically — and offer a coordinated response in one place.

We see architecture and engineering as a shared language for creating precise, beautiful and efficient spaces. Combining architectural and structural design lets us consider both the creative vision and engineering feasibility, from the first idea through execution.

Our approach is about connections: between vision and reality, between our clients’ needs and the urban fabric, and between broad concepts and the smallest details. We believe architecture shapes not only spaces, but the way we experience life.

Our areas of expertise include mixed-use developments, residential, office, commercial and public buildings, alongside detailed planning for large-scale urban renewal projects and statutory plans.
